I like the tangible things that come out of this activity. I like everything that is involved in the making of a batch of leather. I like the team work environment.
The opportunity to test my ability to solve a problem, to deal with production, to obtain advantageous results for everyone, to coordinate teams and people in various and sometimes extreme situations.
The satisfaction of this job comes mainly from the tests and new developments. But I cannot deny that I also enjoy seeing the end results of our job translated into luxury items.
