OVERVIEW

1.    How did you come to the leather industry?
After finishing school, in Arad, I was sent to Sebis to work in my older brother’s company where I worked as an apprentice for seven years. At first, I saw it as a punishment, but with time it has become a way of being which I would not change with anything else, for anything in the world. In 1997, I decided to start my own company, to test myself, develop and grow. 10 years have already passed.
   2. What is the job that you are performing in the leather industry?
I’m the sole administrator of my own skin, fur, garments production company. I take care of raw materials and auxiliaries, I’m in charge of technology, soles.
   3. What qualifications or training did you do to be there?
I learned everything at the workplace. My first teacher was my older brother. Severe and with brotherly love. Then, the companies that I visited or visited us. Peers in the relatively large community in Sebis as well as the mistakes I made which have unfortunately taken their toll.
  4. What do you most appreciate in your job?
The opportunity it offers me, to provide my children with a much better future than I had when I was young.

The job offers me the opportunity to provide my children with a much better future than I had when I was young.
